Blue Mountain Search and Rescue (BMSAR) is a not for profit 501 (c)(3) volunteer Corporation dedicated to saving lives by assisting emergency services and law enforcement in the location of missing, lost, or overdue persons. We are an accredited level 2 search and rescue team with Pennsylvania Search and Rescue Council and insured with liability and workmans comp insurance. Our mission is to continuously work to raise the standards of search and rescue to the highest attainable levels through the constant advancement of our members, public awareness, and community service.
All BMSAR members are highly trained and certified to ensure that we can assist the community with the most modern, effective, and efficient means possible, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
